General terms and conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

§1
 These terms and conditions govern the sale of brochures (goods) listed on this website. All prices indicated on this website are in Swiss francs (postage and packaging will be charged separately). On request it is also possible to swap brochures. In addition you have the possibility to buy the whole collection of brochures presented on this website for an interesting price.

If you are interested in one or several brochures, please contact me by e-mail at the following address by indicating the exact brochure(s): roadrunner2002ch@gmx.net . Your order is an offer to buy a brochure or brochures. Once I accept your offer, the contract of sale between you (Buyer) and me (Seller) is concluded.

§3
 After having received your e-mail, I will contact you as soon as possible (normally within three working days) and inform you about the total price including postage (priority) and packaging. Total prices exclude all taxes, customs duties and customs clearance which may be imposed with respect to the sale, all of which taxes and duties shall be paid by the Buyer. 
§4
 Payments shall be made cash before delivery. For Swiss residents, I accept payment on my bank account, details will be given to you per e-mail. For residents outside of Switzerland , I will only accept payment through Paypal (payment to the following e-mail address: roadrunner2002ch@gmx.net ).
§5
 The brochures will normally be shipped the next Saturday after receiving your payment. All benefits and risks of loss or damage to the sent goods shall pass to the Buyer as soon as the goods are handed over to the Swiss post.
§6
 If two or more persons are interested in buying the same brochure(s), the offers of the potential Buyers are considered in the order of their arrival at my e-mail address roadrunner2002ch@gmx.net .
§7
 I use reasonable care in compiling and presenting the information and the lists of brochures presented on this website. However, I cannot guarantee the completeness, correctness or adequacy of the information found on this website. To the extent permitted by law, I exclude all liability for negligence.
§8
 This is a private sale. Therefore any guarantees and/or warranties are hereby excluded. Returns of goods are not accepted.
§9
 The present terms and conditions are a part of the contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller and the Buyer agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions when placing an order.
§10
 The Seller reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions at any time. The terms and conditions published on my website at the moment of the placement of your order shall apply.
§11
 The substantive laws of Switzerland shall apply and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. . The parties shall make every effort to reach an amicable settlement in case of any disputes arising out of this contract (, its performance or its termination). Should the parties fail to reach such settlement, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Freiburg , Switzerland.
